Relax and unwind with our 60-minute yin AND guided meditation practice. NO EQUIPMENT NEEDED – MATS, BLOCKS, CUSHIONS, ETC. AVAILABLE ON SITE. Perfect for all skill levels (no prior experience necessary), this class includes long-held yoga poses and deep stretches to increase flexibility in the joints/ligaments/tendons and relieve tension in the body followed by a guided meditation to calm the busy mind, and promote overall relaxation.
