Relaxing Yin & Restorative Yoga Class

Relax and unwind with our 60-minute yin and restorative class. Perfect for all skill levels (no prior experience necessary), this class includes long-held yoga poses and deep stretches to increase flexibility in the joints/ligaments/tendons, relieve tension in the body, calm the busy mind, and promote overall relaxation. Our skilled instructor will guide you through mindful movements and breathing techniques, helping you find balance and harmony both physically and mentally.
